Our company handles calls for a leading provider of gas and electricity. We speak with customers by phone to help them get their account back in good standing. We help arrange repayment to avoid service interruption and help to address any customer concerns. Our goal is to create a sense of urgency and provide the assistance customers need to resolve their balance and maintain gas and electricity service.

Our Location/Hour:
We are in Melville, NY. Our office is located near Route 110 and the Long Island Expressway. We are 5 minutes from Farmingdale State College and Costco!
Hours:
We operate from 8am-6pm Monday-Friday, and 9am-1pm on Saturdays.
A schedule that works for you!
We offer shift flexibility, meaning you select the shifts and other days based on your availability, and the needs of your future team!
Mondays and Fridays are required workdays. Saturdays are preferred.
Hybrid:
There is potential for Hybrid work to become available based on your performance 90 days AFTER training is completed.
Hybrid schedule:
works the following ways:
- Full Time - 3 Days in-office & 2 Days at home.
- Part Time – Based on Your Individual Work Schedule
